EMT Scholarship Info & Application

 In keeping with our mission of promoting trauma education, Midwest Trauma Society is proud to make available a scholarship to assist an individual in meeting their educational goals in emergency medical services. Midwest Trauma Society recognizes and supports the important role of EMT's and Paramedics as part of the patient care team, providing supportive care and life saving interventions in the pre-hospital setting. Our goal with this scholarship is to provide up to $1000 toward completion of an EMT-B, EMT-I, or EMT-P program.

Instructions for the application process:

•  Please print the scholarship application and complete it by typing or printing clearly.

•  Attach a letter (no more than 2 pages please) telling us about yourself. Include biographical information, why you want to become an EMT, and any other pertinent information you feel will assist us in making our decision.

•  Please include three letters of reference / recommendation from separate individuals (not relatives) with your application.

•  Send the completed application and letter to the address listed below:
